## Available Formats

The Research Package includes five format options:

- **Format A: Blog Post** — Conversational, hook-driven, short paragraphs
- **Format B: Article** — Magazine-style, narrative-driven, analytical
- **Format C: Research Paper** — Academic, precise, objective
- **Format D: Briefing** — Executive summary, bullet points, action-oriented
- **Format E: Quarex Blog Post** — HTML fragment with Insight Panel annotations for quarex.org/blog

Format E produces HTML with `data-question` deep links that power the Quarex blog's Insight Panel (slide-out AI answers inline).

## Composition Rules

1. **The Quarex research material is your primary source.** Build the article's structure and core arguments from it.
2. **You may supplement with your own knowledge** to fill gaps, add context, or strengthen the analysis.
3. **Cite Quarex sources inline.** Use the links provided in the source list.
4. **Do not fabricate citations.** If information isn't from the research, don't attribute it to Quarex.
5. **Do not invent statistics, quotes, or claims.**
6. **Preserve all Quarex source links** so readers can explore further.
